For over ten years, Avaloch Farm Music Institute has created an ideal, supportive environment for over 100 ensembles each summer season, giving them the chance to unleash their creativity, free from the encumbrances of daily life. Your support helps to ensure that this life-changing opportunity remains fully funded to all musicians who attend! It also allows us to bring the vast world of music to the community at Boscawen in our weekly Evenings at Avaloch summer concerts, free and open to the public.

One of Avaloch's major goals for 2025 is to expand its role as a catalyst for musical education and exploration. The Educational Artist Residency (EAR) Initiative seeks to bring in distinguished musicians and ensembles for a week of off-campus interactive workshops and masterclasses with surrounding schools and educational institutions. At the same time, it will offer a unique, on-campus, residential opportunity for music lovers and enthusiasts-- where they can live, dine, socialize and learn alongside incredible performers, musicologists and composers, exploring historical and cultural contexts of the artists' repertoire and musical lineage.

With thousands of exceptional musicians passing through Avaloch for the summer residency program over the last decade, the natural progression after building a beautiful concert space would be... to develop our very own in-house chamber music festival! The Avaloch Chamber Music Festival seeks to embody a unique and intimate residential experience for both musicians and music lovers from around the world-- where both have the opportunity to mix and mingle, and be inspired by the beauty of the surrounding nature, the profound power of music, and by one another!
